We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job title : Business Analysts (Data Migration and Integrations) Location: Miami/Juno Beach Florida (Onsite) Duration : Long term Job description: Focus on Data Migration Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements, scope, and objectives. Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and identify data mapping requirements to target systems. Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects and ensure alignment with overall project goals. Utilize technical skills to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data integrity and quality. Work with technical teams to design and implement data migration scripts, procedures, and tools. Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness post-migration. Conduct testing cycles, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to verify successful data migration. Serve as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear and consistent communication. Qualifications: Provide training and support to end-users on new data structures and systems post-migration. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data migration software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles. Position : 2 Job title: Business Analysts(Integrations between multiple systems and data flows) Location: Miami/Juno Beach Florida (Onsite) Duration : Long term Job description: Focus on Integrations between multiple systems and data flows Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for systems integration projects. Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration requirements. Develop and document integration strategies, ensuring seamless data and process flows between disparate systems. Work with technical teams to design integration architectures and frameworks that support scalability, efficiency, and security. Provide technical expertise in the configuration, customization, and implementation of integration solutions. Utilize integration tools (such as APIs, middleware, and ETL platforms) to develop and manage integration processes. Develop comprehensive testing plans to validate integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards. Conduct integration testing and collaborate with business users for user acceptance testing (UAT). Coordinate with project managers to ensure integration projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed integration solutions, including performance monitoring and optimization. Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the integration lifecycle. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in systems integration projects.
