Confluence Integration: Develop confluence templates that facilitate the automatic creation of Confluence pages optimized for presenter mode. System Integration: Configure Jira to interact with other systems, enabling data pull and push based on workflow requirements. Microsoft Teams Integration: Create integration points between Jira and Microsoft Teams to notify relevant parties of workflow state changes. Workflow Development: Develop and maintain various workflows, ensuring project visibility and proper phase transitions. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Jira: At least 3-5 years of experience in configuring and automating Jira workflows. Confluence: At least 2-4 years of experience in using Confluence, particularly in creating and managing templates. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and translating processes into Jira workflows. Integration experience between Jira and Confluence is a must. Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop efficient workflows and integrations.
