Use metrics to monitor the stream level Non compliances.            Prepare Design documents.            Customizing the Guidewire Product            knowledge in Data Model Development            Business Logic (Rules) Development            Knowledge in PCF Screen ( User Interface) Development LOB Mapping Localization for different Locales    Development using Gosu for Classes and Enhancement Prepare UTC and perform unit testing.
