Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or SAP MDG. Strong understanding of the healthcare professional ecosystem, including credentialing, licensing, affiliations, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NPI, HCP taxonomy). Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
