Job Title: Data Conversion Lead Location: Watsonville, CA (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Visa Status: , , , -, - and - Experience: 13+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ERP Data Conversion lead. This role is critical in the context of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system migration project, where the candidate will be responsible for leading the migration program from the existing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3, Hyperion environment, and many other sources to prepare it for migration to a new Oracle fusion project. The ideal candidate will deeply understand data migration, Oracle Cloud implementations, and data mapping and transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong background in Oracle fusion, and experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Job Requirements: 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects, including at least 4 years working with Oracle Fusion Knowledge of Oracle applications modules, particularly in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, and Finance, is highly preferred. Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes. Strong project management skills with experience leading complex projects.
