The candidate must have experience in creating recordings of training programs that can be used on demand by the target audience. PMP Certification through PMI or Qualified under Commonwealth of Virginia Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers. Experience with VITAs Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process is strongly preferred. Preferred: CBAP and/or CSPO Certification Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete Required Skills: PMP or Qualified under Commonwealth of Virginia Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers for Category 4 Projects. Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies related to information technology projects. Portfolio Management skills. Written communication skills. Presentation skills.
