Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Document processes, workflows, and technical configurations. Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods. Lead and participate in unit testing to ensure quality standards are met. Assist in the development of upgrade plans and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues as needed. Define and manage user roles and access privileges to prevent unauthorized access. Contribute to the development of ServiceNow best practices, standards, and guidelines. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience with ITSM and ITAM. Basic understanding of developing customized applications using the ServiceNow App Engine, including data modeling, user experience, logic and automation, and security. Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation. Functional knowledge and experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) frameworks. 10+ years of professional experience in IT operations, support, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience administering the ServiceNow platform. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Skills: Expertise in ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and configuration management. Demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients.
