Performs analysis of business systems to determine data elements, relationships and business use. Performs data validation and analysis based on review of conversion technical requirements. reates data validation scripts and ad-hoc reports utilizing database querying tools. Works with business and technical resources to track and resolve issues. Assists clients with problem identification and resolution. Ability to determine and communicate the impact and scope of change across a project. Takes an active role in communicating project needs and has the ability to identify and resolve most issues that arise during a project. Assumes an active leadership role and leadership role as assigned. Works independently without supervision as well as in a team environment. Able to work in a fast paced project team environment with set timelines for completion of work. Must be self-motivated and have a strong ability to multi-task. Required experience includes: 3 + years of business data analysis experience working in commercial banking experience, Must have commercial loan accounting or commercial lending and / or with AFS systems, Level III or AFSVision. Competency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of relational databases preferred, working with MS Access.
