Role: Salesforce Technical Lead/Lead Developer Location - Naperville or NJ Hybrid/ Remote Onsite C2C Primary Skill Set : Sales and service cloud, AI-driven Salesforces Einstein. Find below description for Salesforce requirement. Person could be a lead developer if not tech lead but ideally looking for tech lead. Design Sales/Service Cloud solutions by working closely with application owners, business analysts, solution architects and product owners to build technology solutions to meet business needs. Should be strong in for any task/project including understanding requirements, design, coding, testing and deployment. Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Sales/Service cloud applications for optimal functionality. Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system. Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions including custom platform development (APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and external data integration (middleware tools, Salesforce APIs) Architecture and implemented AI-driven Salesforces Einstein analytics products. Develop and maintain integrations with other business systems, such as Oracle ERP and CRM, Amazon Connect, Payment Gateway. Provides application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis for defects. Troubleshoots and resolves functional and performance-related issues. Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes. Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented. Troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and oversee solution implementation in the areas of data integrity standards, data quality and overall Salesforce system usage. Create and maintain Salesforce configuration documentation and technical specifications. Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend the best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations. Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts in non-technical terms. Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Collaborate with teammates on system testing and validation processes, including UAT and Quality Assurance, in Salesforce and integrated systems.
