Job Description Summary Overall responsibility for programs quality, budget control and milestone achievement. Deep knowledge of Information Technology understanding of Connectivity Services (LAN, WAN, Network Security, IP Telephony, Videoconferencing) Good understanding on IT Standards & financial management; IT Architecture, and technical standards; good negotiation and supplier management skills; ability to navigate in a complex organization; dealing with ambiguity.
