You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and craft designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions. UX Design & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs align with the overall product vision and meet accessibility standards (WCAG). Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure feasibility. Present and communicate design ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders. Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user needs. Iterate on designs to enhance the user experience continually. Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and libraries to ensure consistency across products. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. (Equivalent experience considered.) Experience: 12+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the tech industry. Proven experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure). Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with tools like Jira or Trello for task management.
