This is also a technical role. So, if this person is really a solid Project Manager, they are not the right fit (says the client). Skills: Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally. Technical knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM) and their integration with ERP/TMS systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in technical contexts. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution capabilities. Effective communication skills to translate technical details for business stakeholders. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent. SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist certification is preferred.
