This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work anywhere in the U.S. while engaging in cutting-edge data analysis and process mining. Key Details: Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM (EST core meeting hours 10 AM - 3 PM). Interview Process: Two rounds, including a 3-person panel via video. Cloud Experience: AWS, Azure, or P (preferred but not mandatory). Web Analytics Tools: Gainsight or Datadog RUM preferred; conceptual understanding acceptable. AI/ML Expectation: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for data utilization; specialized model development expertise not required. Key Responsibilities: Mine and analyze datasets to understand user journeys and generate actionable insights. Develop data extraction and integration modules for various sources, including log files and web analytics tools. Assess new data sources and techniques for effectiveness and accuracy. Apply knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and data requirements to support modeling efforts. Deliver creative and analytically driven solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment. Required Skills and Experience: 4+ years as a cloud analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency with web analytics tools (Gainsight, Google Analytics, etc.). Understanding of cloud-based SaaS software architectures and telemetry data. Experience with log data pipelining, data aggregation, and ETL processes. Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation. Familiarity with LLMs and AI technologies, including hyper-personalization. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with loosely defined requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree in a STEM field.
