In this role, you will work closely with business users and stakeholders to analyze supply chain operations, identify process improvement opportunities, and leverage SAP capabilities to deliver business value. This is a functional role with a focus on aligning SAP solutions to business needs without requiring technical configuration or development. This will be onsite in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a functional SAP Business Analyst with a focus on supply chain modules/manufacturing (e.g., MM, WM, PP, SD). Prior experience with SAP needed. Infor Visual ERP, a plus Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics. Hands-on experience with SAP reporting tools and analytics related to supply chain functions. (Any Power BI experience) Responsibilities Collaborate with supply chain teams (e.g., procurement, inventory management, logistics, and production) to understand current workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Map existing processes and design optimized workflows leveraging SAP supply chain modules (e.g., SAP MM, WM, PP, SD). Serve as the primary liaison between business users and SAP technical teams. Advise on best practices for utilizing SAP functionalities to streamline supply chain operations. Develop functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with SAP technical teams to implement solutions. Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommend solutions leveraging SAP capabilities. Participate in SAP-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and module enhancements for supply chain functions. Act as a point of contact for supply chain teams, providing guidance and support for SAP-related inquiries. Develop and deliver end-user documentation and training to ensure effective system usage. Collaborate with data teams to create meaningful Power BI reports and dashboards within SAP or related tools. Warm Regards..
