Must have history of Engineering, open to Senior Engineers. This Person will take over Software Development Team. Open to different backgrounds. Looking for leadership that also likes coding, but more of a leader. Day-to-day managing only, but need to be a hands-on coder, if need to jump in. Understand what"s being produced.
