Security and Compliance: o Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security measures. o Ability to create and implement risk remediation plans and ensure formal business acceptance of risks. Performance Optimization: o Experience in performance optimization and testing, particularly in cloud environments. o Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring and improving cloud performance. Network Architecture: o Knowledge of network architecture, including the creation of virtual networks, subnets, and high availability solutions. o Experience with disaster recovery solutions. Technical Documentation: o Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture specifications, risk acceptance templates, and compliance documents. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): o In-depth knowledge of server management and IaC practices. o Proficiency with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. CI/CD Tools: o Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git. o Demonstrated experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshooting Skills: o Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Offerings: o Familiarity with PaaS offerings, including Logic Apps, Function Apps, Event Grid, Docker, and Kubernetes. Collaboration and Communication: o A collaborative team player capable of working closely with Development and DevOps teams on a daily or project basis. o Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, security, and business teams. o Ability to present technical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively. Bonus Skills: o Knowledge of .NET and SQL Server is a strong advantage.
