The roles include Lead Consultant IFS and Senior Support Engineer IFS. Candidates will play a key role in implementing, configuring, supporting, integration with other apps and optimizing IFS Applications across multiple modules and versions, including IFS 7 and IFS 10. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, customization, and upgrade projects for IFS Applications (IFS 7 and IFS 10). Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and map the IFS modules and functionalities Design and deliver standard IFS solutions that align with organizational objectives Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership for IFS deployment strategies. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for end-users and stakeholders. Integrate IFS Applications with Laserfiche or other third-party tools as required. Provide comprehensive support for IFS Applications, focusing on IFS 7 and IFS 10 modules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in system functionality and performance. Monitor and maintain system integrity, ensuring adherence to SLA standards. Ability to work on minor and Major enhancements, upgrades, and patch management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues with Laserfiche and other systems. Document issues, resolutions, and system updates for knowledge sharing. Familiarity with Laserfiche and its integration capabilities. Good oral and written communication Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
