Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Consultant Job Location: Remote MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Designs functional solutions across multiple modules and follows best practices to meet business requirements Interacts with various business leads to understand the business requirements and translates those requirements into functional and technical solutions that deliver long-term value to business Oversees project activities related to the finance/controlling domain, ensuring quality and on-time delivery Plays the role of an overall functional lead role and influences strategic decision-makers and functional stakeholders Balances business demands and IT fulfillment in terms of standardization, business values, reducing risk, and increasing IT flexibility Participates in the identification of new business processes and improvement opportunities for existing processes KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED: 10+ years of STRONG SAP ECC + S4 experience in finance and controlling, as well as integrations with 3rd party systems Strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP Finance modules. Understands accounting principles. Experienced in business architecture, specifically in designing and implementing an integrated platform from a functional or technical perspective (beneficial) Highly skilled in business and requirements analysis, including good communication and stakeholder management skills (all levels up to senior levels) Customer service mindset.
