Please see if you can get some strong profiles Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding(e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience. Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design. Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks. We support many different stakeholders. Experience in dealing with difficult situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency is needed. Experience in the following is preferred: Support experience for Event Framework/Java/J2EE/Spring/Springboot based applications. Application troubleshoot experience at various OSI layers. Experience on Logging, Monitoring and Alerting tools like Splunk, Dynatrace etc. Experience on Cloud/VM based applications CI/CD via Jenkins. Understanding on an API/Event gateway pattern and load balancers Web and Infrastructure Security along with Authentication/Authorization. SOAP/REST webservices. Databases such as Postgres, Redis and Cassandra. Experience in supporting environments build in PCF and off prem cloud Experience in IT Service Management and Incident Response.
