The consultant will perform assessments, deliver feedback and reports, and recommend best practices to optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. Responsibilities: Conduct an in-depth assessment of current O2C processes and systems. Provide detailed feedback and solutions through reports and presentations. Offer recommendations for best practices using APQC benchmarking. Develop and document solutions for system consolidation and process optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Provide project management and advisory support throughout the engagement. Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in MS D365 F&O Order-to-Cash functionalities (senior or expert level). Strong experience in assessing and consolidating billing systems. Excellent reporting and solution documentation skills. Familiarity with APQC best practices and benchmarking methodologies. Project management experience in similar engagements.
