Efficiency & Automation : Enhance system efficiency and automate tasks requiring manual intervention. Analysis & Review : Evaluate complex operational systems, application software, and technology initiatives to ensure maximum availability. Technical Deliverables : Fulfill technical objectives with a solid understanding of operational standards and processes. Solution Development : Analyze large-scale technology solutions, assessing technical challenges and aligning with business goals. Collaboration : Partner with senior technical experts, business teams, and external groups to resolve complex issues and optimize infrastructure. Incident & Problem Management : Handle incidents efficiently and follow best practices for problem management. Change Management : Oversee and implement changes within the operational environment. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and MongoDB, including creating and optimizing queries. Experience with Splunk, GCL, and other observability tools.
