Business Data Analyst required experience includes: Business Data Analyst with commercial banking experience for a 12-month contract job with a client located in Exton PA area. The Business Data Analyst will be focused on querying data, analyzing data sets from 3rd parties to integrate and migrate data to/from client systems Business Data Analyst job responsibilities includes: Analyzing and querying data in files and spreadsheets Performing analysis of systems to determine data elements, relationships, and business use. Performing data validation and analysis based on review of conversion technical requirements. Reading data validation scripts and ad-hoc reports utilizing database querying tools. Working with business and technical resources to track and resolve issues relating to the data. Assisting clients with problem identification and resolution of data issues. Playing an active role in communicating project needs including identifying and resolving most issues that arise during a project. Assuming an active leadership role as assigned on a project. Business Data Analyst required experience includes: 3+ years of business data analysis experience working in commercial banking. Must have commercial loan accounting, commercial lending and/or experience with Level III or AFSvision (AFS) applications. Competency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of relational databases preferred, working with MS Access. Strong data analysis, data querying, and working heavily in data. Needs to be comfortable working in an environment focused on data, analysis of data in spreadsheets and files. Must be self-motivated and have a strong ability to multi-task. Ability to determine and communicate the impact and scope of changes across a project.
