The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles and experienced in facilitating high-performing teams within the banking sector. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Act as a servant leader, driving team collaboration, and coaching Agile principles. Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint planning. Ensure sprint releases stay on track and update agile planning tools. Collect and provide relevant data and metrics for sprint accomplishments and opportunities. Attend Scrum of Scrums meetings to synchronize across teams and resolve blockers. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
