Job Description - Sr. Archer Developer - Remote Duration: 6+ Months (CTH) Location: Remote (CST and EST only) MOI: Interview Process: Video only Need: Need DL & Visa Copy Full Education with Year LinkedIn profile with Photo is Mandatory (LinkedIn must be from 2022 or before) Excellent Communications skills Key Skills & Experience Required: Development Experience: Strong background with Archer (must have experience with Archer) API Integration experience Some APIs already in place; will also require development from scratch. JavaScript experience required for API-related development Agile Methodology experience Systems Experience: SaaS and On-Premise experience (team will inherit the on-prem environment) Saas exp is a must but on prim would be a big plus since they will be inheriting that enviornment. Consulting & Problem Solving: Able to contribute continuous improvement ideas Provide consulting on best practices and what good looks like in terms of design, solutions, and implementation Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to communicate design solutions and recommendations to the Product Owner Effective at handling communication breakdowns and questions within the team Team Structure & Environment: Team Composition: 2 Full-Time Developers (FTE) External developers from Archer Professional Services Archer Implementation: Archer has been implemented since 2022. Focus for 2025 includes implementing Document Governance and Vulnerability Management use cases. A significant amount of work still remains with Archer, including handling the on-prem environment.
