Process Mining and Analysis: Analyze end-to-end business processes using Celonis EMS. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to define process improvement goals. 2. Celonis Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain Celonis dashboards and process models (Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Plant Maintenance). Implement process mining solutions to support business objectives. Configure Celonis connectors to integrate data from various source systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce). 3. Data Management: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into Celonis. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy within the Celonis platform. Develop SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting. Integrate APIs into Data Architecture. 4. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Celonis solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Celonis dashboards and tools effectively. Document processes, solutions, and best practices. 5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Celonis advancements and process mining methodologies. Identify and implement innovative ways to optimize business processes using Celonis features. Conduct performance testing and tuning of the Celonis environment. Qualifications and Skills: Required: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience with Celonis EMS, including creating dashboards, process models, and custom KPIs. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases. Understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow optimization. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Certifications in Celonis or related process mining technologies. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
