Duration: 3 months Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD Role Overview We are seeking a Wi-Fi Engineer with deep expertise in Wi-Fi networking solutions to support a major enterprise Wi-Fi upgrade. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Wi-Fi solutions across multiple locations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement enterprise-wide Wi-Fi solutions. Configure and optimize Juniper-based Wi-Fi infrastructure to meet performance and security requirements. Conduct site surveys, RF planning, and troubleshooting to ensure robust network coverage and performance. Support the upgrade process by resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless transitions. Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference. Monitor and analyze Wi-Fi performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals and standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Wi-Fi Engineer in enterprise environments. Expertise in Juniper Wi-Fi networking solutions (certifications like Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS-ENT or similar) are a plus). Experience with other networking technologies, Cisco, Aruba, etc. Hands-on experience with RF planning, site surveys, and performance optimization tools. Strong knowledge of network security, VLANs, and wireless protocols. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently. Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and timelines.
