Direct and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring that implementation plans are on track. Develop and manage key relationships with business stakeholders and other functions within the technology team. Lead a select set of high-priority projects to completion by mobilizing a cross-functional team. Serve as the point of contact to determine priority, resourcing, and capacity planning for new projects. In partnership with key business stakeholders and Technology, develop a comprehensive technology roadmap to address key priorities, allowing for continued scale and growth. Conduct regular project reviews with key stakeholders and the technology leadership team. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A minimum of 7 years of prior experience in technology consulting and delivery. The ability to manage relationships with leadership teams and collaborate with senior business leads and analysts for implementation and problem-solving. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders including C-suite level. The ability to understand details while conveying relevant facts to a senior audience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in developing and delivering insightful Power BI reports and relevant analytics.
