Other technologies include Greenhouse, SPIFF Cloud, ADP, CultureAmp, Absorb Learning, BSwift, and Salesforce. This role will drive innovation, business process, requirements, and motivate cross functional teams across IT and the business functions. This role will set strategy/architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visible business partner, focusing on delivery customer-centric solutions. Skills/Knowledge/Experience A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience including experience working in industry 10+ years of experience as a IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP 7+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience Prior experience in managing the end-to-end business process and workflow related to various aspects of all areas Workforce Management including payroll, time and labor management, human resources, benefits administration. Strong listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs. Strong financial systems expertise. Familiarity Oracle Fusion is a requirement Self-motivated and self-directed, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. Proactive and independent person who identifies issues and drives them to resolution Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry an asset Proven ability to improve governance, standards, security posture Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals. A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
