Role: SAP Manufacturing (MFG) and Quality Management (QM) Consultant Location: Chicago, IL(Hybrid) Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Essential Skills: Should have 12+ years of experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP MFG and QM module implementation and support. Proficiency in configuring SAP QM, including inspection plans, quality certificates, and results recording. Strong understanding of SAP MFG processes such as production planning, material management, and shop floor execution. Hands-on experience with SAP integration to other modules like MM, SD, and PP. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business teams. Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable. SAP certification in MFG or QM modules is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and requirements to design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP MFG and QM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Configure SAP MFG/QM settings, including production planning, material management, inspection plans, and quality notifications. Lead system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless functionality. Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation, including process flows and user manuals. Support data migration activities related to manufacturing and quality processes. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MFG/QM issues in a timely manner. Stay updated on SAP advancements and provide strategic input for system upgrades or enhancements.
