The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the business to understand and document requirements for developers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and ensuring that the requirements are accurately captured and communicated to the development team.Key Responsibilities: Create user stories based on business needs and requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document clear and precise requirements for developers. Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are met and clearly understood. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution. Continuously interact with business teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with overall goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders and developers. Assist with the prioritization and clarification of user stories in the product backlog. Help ensure that the product aligns with customer needs and business objectives.Qualifications: Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst or similar role. Experience in creating user stories and requirements documentation in an Agile environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and developers. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical documentation. Experience in working with development teams to ensure that the requirements are implemented successfully.Interview Process: The interview process will consist of two rounds. In-person interviews will be required at the end of the process.Location Preferences: Candidates should be local to Maryland or willing to relocate to Maryland.
