MUST HAVES: 3+ years of hands-one coding experience with Unica (Campaign Manager) creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns with campaign creation, custom code generators, and treatment codes 3+ years of experience with Flowchart Design; visualizing and managing the flow of marketing campaigns. This involves creating and editing flowcharts and using them to track member interactions and responses. 3+ years of working on large client marketing campaigns with knowledge of targeting methodologies for creating effective and personalized marketing materials Overview Even though less than two percent of the population uses specialty drugs, they account for more than half of the total pharmacy spending. For most patients, specialty medications are life-sustainingand even life-saving therapies, which makes adherence to their treatment critical. However, its estimated that half of Americans dont take their medications as prescribed. This Specialty pharmacy (Specialty RX) group focusing on improving that with a communication campaign to its members addressing barriers such as high medication costs and side effects. It is called Adherence, Access, and Efficiency, Equity (AA&EE) Adherence: Ensuring patients stick to their prescribed medication regimens is crucial, especially for specialty medications that treat complex and chronic conditions. Access: Making specialty medications more accessible to patients is another key focus. Efficiency: Streamlining the process of managing specialty medications to reduce waste and optimize costs is essential. Equity: Removing barriers to ensure all patients can access necessary medications and treatments regardless of financial constraints, cultural needs and prioritization of care Duties: This resource will utilize Unica (a marketing automation software suite) and use their 3+ years of coding experience with the Unica Campaign module to create targeted and engaging communications to members. They will focus on: Campaign Creation and Management: Unica Campaign allows users to create, edit, and manage marketing campaigns. This includes organizing campaigns into folders, setting up control groups, and measuring campaign results. Flowchart Design: Users can design flowcharts to visualize and manage the flow of their marketing campaigns. This involves creating and editing flowcharts and using them to track customer interactions and responses. Custom Code Generators: Unica Campaign supports the use of custom code generators for campaign and cell codes. This allows for the customization of code formats to suit specific marketing needs. Treatment Codes: Treatment codes are used for tracking responses to specific marketing treatments. These codes are automatically generated when running flowcharts with contact processes that are associated with offers.
