Role: AV Technician 2 years of production experience in a hotel, church, university events, or other entertainment venues Supports event services through operation, setup and teardown, and maintenance of live event production technologies. Responds promptly, in person and by phone Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset. Familiarity with all aspects of events, conferences and remote production operations Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion and with a team equally Responds to complex customer requests in a timely fashion troubleshooting common AV issue including hardware, software, and network systems Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a Mac/PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities. Superb organizational and time management skills. Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints Engage with employees and clients in a positive and collaborative manner.
