Job Title: IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager Location: Omaha, NE (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Collaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems. Ability to lead by example and demonstrate integrity, outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Communicate status and risks to the product teams. Help automate and streamline operations and processes. Essential Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Database and ETL integrations Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, and operations Experience on working with applications deployed on cloud preferably AWS Hands-on experience with any one (Unix / Power / PLSQL / Python..etc) scripting or programming language Problem solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues using logical, creative, and systematic approaches Experience with support of Linux operating systems and Active Directory Strong understanding of project management principles and practices Strong understanding of Helpdesk and Customer Relations Support systems Experience in overseeing daily operations to ensure the functionality, availability, and systems security, data, backups, and communications; Experience in issue troubleshooting and remediate Experience in coordination with Application Vendor teams for product related issues Identify and manage operational risks Experience in identifying and driving process improvement to deliver value to customers Coordinate internal and external resources, timetables, budgets, and the reporting to project stakeholders Develop and maintain process and procedures documentation and provide training to internal and external teams Participate in internal and external audits; oversee and coordinate responses to audit requests Manage team members, including performance and training assessments.
