Business Analyst to support the CRG Integration Infrastructure and Security workstreams. They will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and objectives. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future states. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards. Solution Development: Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement solutions that address business needs. Create detailed specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide development efforts. Project Management: Assist Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and execution.
