Job Title: .NET Full Stack/FME Developer Location: Providence, RI (Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Must have LinkedIn Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with Safesoft/FME experience to lead and assist in building integrations to and from Oracle Primavera Oracle Unifier. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Safesoft/FME for building RESTful Web Services between various On-Prem SQL Server Environments as well as Hosted licensed products. For any processes not compatible with FME, development will be done through .NET development (C# or VB). Strong consideration will be given to those candidates having both expertise. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement RESTful Web Services to Unifier between On-Prem and Hosted 3rd Party Systems. Assist RIDOT staff to test and oversee acceptance of Unifier PMIS. Document all integrations, including building Technical Architect Diagrams and providing training and support to state staff. Create UAT Test Plans and oversee acceptance of integrations. Create, test, and document plans for system recovery in the event of system changes and configuration errors. Execute to Production by deploying all changes for the go-live date, including go-live support. Provide ongoing technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-production support for 6-12 months. Project Deliverables Review existing integration strategy for RIDOT systems needing to exchange information between Unifier. Identify, design, configure, and implement RESTful API Web Services using a Middleware SQL Server. Utilize FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) by Safe Software Inc. for most integrations, with .NET development for non-compatible processes. Utilize 3rd Party Integrations tools to limit coding and streamline processes. Deliver key integrations such as FMS Contract File, Progress Payments, Vendor Import, Project Tracking, and more. Qualifications Experience developing, establishing, managing, and supporting FME RESTful API Web Services for Oracle Unifier PMIS Systems or similar systems. Experience in .NET RESTful API Web Services development with C# or VB. A track record of successfully partnering with clients to implement Oracle Unifier and achieve contract goals. Experience working with public sector entities and competence in agile methodology. Evaluation Criteria Comprehensive Statement of Work addressing the SOW requirements. Demonstrated skill, knowledge, and experience in developing and managing FME RESTful API Web Services. Quality of response and thoroughness in addressing SOW requirements and goals. Explanation of time commitment and ability to complete the project within the provided timeline, including Phase 2 efforts for 6-12 months. Candidate interviews will be conducted in person or via MS Teams.
