Design and document architecture at multiple levels: conceptual, logical, physical, data flow, and sequence diagrams. Work with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB and MongoDB, creating and maintaining data models. Partner with Enterprise Architects to design logical and physical data models. Provide direction to Data Engineering teams to implement enterprise data models. Assist end users in understanding and utilizing established data models. Work with platform teams to optimize data mapping and mastering functions. Conduct workshops with business operations teams to understand data sources and expected outputs. Perform other tasks as needed. Experience, Education, and Skills Technical Skills: 10+ years of experience in Information Technology. 5+ years in developing and maintaining Business, Logical, and Physical data models. 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining Enterprise or Corporate Data Models. Demonstrated expertise in Data Vault 2.0 methodology (mandatory). 5+ years of experience in designing Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Hub, Delta Lake, Data Vault, and Data Analytics Marts. Strong knowledge of 3NF, BPMN, dimensional modeling (star and snowflake), and Data Vault modeling. Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or Archi. Experience with data management activities including data quality, master data management, data governance, and metadata management. Strong SQL skills with 5+ years of experience. Experience with SAP ECC and Salesforce data models. Familiarity with ITSM and Agile methodologies. Additional Requirements: Experience with data migration, profiling, and mapping to target systems. Skilled in reverse engineering and defining data models based on legacy systems. Ability to enforce data modeling standards and practices. Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills. Self-motivated, empathetic, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement. Effective in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
