Language Testing: Validate IVR scripts, grammar, and pronunciation across different languages and accents. Identify and report inconsistencies in tone, wording, or cultural context in IVR prompts. Collaborate with linguists and language experts to ensure localization quality. 3. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in test management systems. Communicate issues effectively with developers and stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams, project managers, and UX designers. Provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience and language consistency.
