Level: 5 to 15 Years We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Operations Specialist to manage and execute payroll processes within our SAP environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles, compliance, and exceptional service to employees. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and a proactive approach to resolving payroll-related issues. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including preparation, validation, processing, and auditing of payroll in SAP. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure payroll operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. Issue Resolution: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly and professionally. Data Management: Oversee payroll data inputs, including time and attendance, leave, deductions, and benefits integration within SAP. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Coordination: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align payroll data and workflows with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports for management, ensuring alignment with financial forecasting and audit requirements. Compliance Audits: Conduct regular payroll audits and reconciliations to verify data integrity, compliance, and alignment with policies. System Updates and Testing: Collaborate with SAP functional teams to manage updates, enhancements, and testing of SAP Payroll systems. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 8+ years in SAP Payroll Operations, with demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes within SAP. Technical Skills Expertise in SAP Payroll module with strong knowledge of payroll configuration and processes. Proficiency in data management, payroll reporting, and compliance with SAP HRIS. Advanced Excel skills for payroll reporting and data analysis. Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax laws, garnishments, and benefits deductions. Soft Skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential data. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
