The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in both on-prem AD and Azure AD, strong experience with Windows Servers, DNS, and Office 365 (O365) integration, and proven success in managing complex AD projects. Key Requirements: Expert-level Experience with Active Directory, both on-premises and in cloud environments (Azure AD). Advanced Windows Server Knowledge: Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and/or newer versions. DNS Management: Solid understanding and experience with DNS configurations for AD environments. Office 365 (O365) Integration: Proven experience with Office 365 and its integration with on-prem and Azure Active Directory. Azure AD: Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, hybrid cloud solutions, and identity management. Troubleshooting Skills: Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for AD-related issues in both on-prem and cloud environments. Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Documentation: Proficient in creating clear, detailed documentation for technical environments and processes. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar certifications are preferred. Experience with AD migration and integration projects. Experience in integrating other cloud services with Azure AD. Experience with Power scripting for AD automation. Key Responsibilities: Active Directory Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze and resolve issues with the current on-prem AD setup, improving performance, reliability, and security. Hybrid AD Integration: Transition from an on-prem AD infrastructure to a hybrid environment with integration into Azure AD and Office 365. Windows Server Management: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments that host Active Directory, DNS, and related services. DNS Configuration & Management: Ensure proper DNS functionality for both on-prem and cloud AD environments. O365 Project Management: Lead or assist with Office 365 implementation and integration with on-prem and Azure AD, ensuring seamless synchronization and user access. Azure AD Expertise: Implement and maintain Azure AD, including user and group management, synchronization, and troubleshooting. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on the AD environment, hybrid architecture, processes, troubleshooting steps, and integration points. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
