| Hi Contract Role: PeopleSoft HCM Techno-functional consultant Exp 11+ Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite) Rate $60 Must have: The Candidate should as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite (NA Payroll must) Functional Expertise inCore HR, NA Payroll with quarterly payroll tax update application experience. Technical expertise in People Code, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL and IB integration (XMLRest based Web services). Nice to have skills Should have good understanding of the latest features and functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently. Experience with Design and development of custom processes and UI application. JD: The Candidate should have 6-10 years of experience as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite Payroll Must have HCM experience in Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58 min Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied. Should have good understanding of the latest features and functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently. Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Fit Gap Analysis Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied. Responsible for designing Custom Solutions to overcome product limitations Additional Sills: The Candidate should have 610 years of experience as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite NA Payroll mustHCM experience in Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58 min Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied.Should have good understanding of the latest featuresfunctionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently.
