Define and follow best practices for data integration, data quality, error handling, logging, and performance optimization. Collaborate with data engineers and developers to implement high-performance, fault-tolerant data integration solutions. Optimize database designs for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud-based environments. Architect solutions that leverage Informatica Cloud for data integration across hybrid, multi-cloud environments. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and data engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Monitor, analyze, and optimize ETL/ELT job performance. Accept tickets and work towards resolution in production environment. Implement efficient query strategies within PC/IDMC and Snowflake to ensure high performance and low latency for data operations.
