Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Involves in Change and situational management calls/meetings, CAB, OPS, RCA calls, Regular Operational Awareness Touchpoint- meetings to discuss Dynatrace related issues and updates on a regular basis. Actively involving in RCA calls. Helping the respective teams in resolving the issues and in finding the root cause analysis from Dynatrace perspective Working on PTASKS and CTASKS until closure as part of maintenance activities. Monitoring different priority level system applications in Dynatrace and reporting to POCs for errors and threshold drops. Creating and updating and doing configurations on the Dynatrace dashboards with respect to different Microservices/Applications Testing new phases of Dynatrace dashboards and responding to the respective teams for bug fix and enhancements. Working on new dashboards (Operator Workspace) in SNOW to monitor all the required Alerts and Incidents and to resolve them in timely manner. Resolving SNOW incidents and tickets based on the alert levels by associating with necessary Point of Contact. Works on API clusters management, Active gates and one agent installation on various hosts/servers. Hosts include Windows/Linux/Solaris entities. Also works on Hosts refreshes for both BNSF and Kyndrly Infrastructure and Full-stack one-agent implementations. Regularly works on Creating Tags, management zones, Alerting profiles and custom metrics in Dynatrace. Actively involved in Integrated Dynatrace with Service now. Also, Dynatrace related business transactions, set-up measures and alerts/problems Worked/Involved in p1 and p2 issues using Dynatrace identified bottleneck issues related to Hostnames, Monitoring Mode (Infrastructure only or full stack), Update Status, HostUnits, Host Group, Network Zone, Management Zones, OneAgent version Involved/Worked on setting up Dynatrace RUM. Also, in creating request attributes, custom service deductions based on application team requirements, writing queries in Dynatrace RUM to pull User experience data. Involves in troubleshooting various issues from Application perspective specifically JVM and GC performance Tunning. Also, providing support archive/session logs to vendor based on app owners requirements. Performing Health checks of Application from Dynatrace as well from their - Linux/Windows servers hosts. Creating and analyzing dashboards to check Application behavior based on client requirement. Configuration of Incidents/Alerts and setting up thresholds for Measures. Scheduling customized incidents, Change Requests based on client requirement. Application development teams can perform bugfixes and enhancements on several tools in order to monitor all the dashboards much efficiently without glitch or difficulties.
