Write ups are helpful to entice hiring managers for an interview always a huge plus Candidate will need their own device - The position will be remote, with the option for the candidate to come onsite once a month for team meetings if they are local to the Maryland area. - The main responsibilities include: - Answering RFP questions by pulling content from a database of Q&A pairs - Working with the editing team to finalize RFP responses - Collaborating with the sales team to tailor responses to specific deals - Preferred qualifications include: - 3-5 years of experience, with a preference for retirement/investment industry experience - Strong writing and project management skills - Familiarity with RFP databases and processes Responsibilities: Responsible for proposals across multiple product and service offerings. Responsible for activities such as proposal drafting and research. Successfully manages projects to meet pre-determined deadlines. Works with RPS business partners to research and capture information vital to maintain content that can be used by diverse audiences. Tailors RFP content to match product offer and adequately respond to questions received from clients and advisors. Develops and refines content management processes and proposal library content. Works directly with the partner teams to clarify content requirements. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience Preferred: Meaningful understanding of the retirement industry Experience in the completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQ requests Familiar with RFPIO or similar database Strong editing, writing and project management skills Ability to adjust to changes in workflow and direction Successful time management skills Great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task Full understanding of MS Office product suite Thanks & Regards ..
