Assist in defining technical specifications and requirements for migrating LDAPS and read-only domain controllers from on-premises Active Directory to Entra ID. Develop and maintain consistent and compliant standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Microsoft 365 team and customer IT staff. Continuously improve productivity by analyzing deficiencies and recommending and implementing changes in tools, training, processes, and employee/customer engagement. Uses an IT ticket system for receiving and tracking trouble tickets and requests, assigns them to a technical specialist (who could be themselves or someone else) for action, and ensures that their tickets are resolved and closed out with the customer and in the system. Manage and report on key performance indicators to management. Contributes knowledge and updated information to maintain the Standard Operating Procedures and Training manuals for support.
