| Hi, Greetings from Signature IT World Inc. Job Description SAP Analytics Cloud( SAC ) || Remote Longterm Contract 10 years of experience in at least one of the following: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC Planning, S4HANA Analytics, SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud DWC) Expert level knowledge of at least one of the SAP data warehousing solutions like SAP BW4HANA or SAP HANA (esp. HANA Cloud or HANA 2.0) High level knowledge of various replication methods to HANA or BW Knowledge of deployment modes of various SAP Analytics solutions (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid) would be a plus Good core consulting skills Oral and written communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of latest trends in Analytics space including platforms and solutions from other vendors Experience working on mixed modelling with BW/4HANA and HANA native modelling. Knowledge on S/4HANA Analytics like building and extending CDS Views, Creating Query Views or Building KPIs using KPI Modeler is preferred. Hands-on experience in advanced analytics domain like Predictive Analytics or SAC Smart Features, SAC Application Designer is a plus. Hands on knowledge of related planning solutions like BPC, TPM, BW-IP will be nice to have and will give added advantage. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows and user manuals Coordinate with technical team to discuss the customer requirement. Developing the new requirement preparing the user manual with the required master data Functional testing:- SIT, Regression, Defect retest Automation : Develop test scripts, batch jobs and execute as per business process & requirements. " (1.) To act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution. (2.) To create the root cause analysis for critical issues and put in place necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects. (3.) To collaborate closely with product management, development, and QA teams to provide feedback on product improvements, influence product design, and ensure alignment with customer needs. (4.) To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues. (5.) To drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes, workflows and Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
