Here are the Job Details Job Title - Business Analyst (Reinsurance Program) Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Local to MN USC & GC Only Local project experience is mandatory. Reinsurance experience is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Polarian for managing User Stories, Business Logic (BL), and Defects. Experience working with tools for business readiness and project management. Business Skills: Proven track record of working on end-to-end program implementations. Strong understanding of reinsurance processes (preferred). Familiarity with business readiness methodologies. Hybrid Work: Candidates must be willing to work onsite three days a week. Remote candidates may be considered if they have extensive reinsurance experience.
