Position: SAP PP/MM Consultant MRP Location: Fremont, CA (Ready to work in PST hours) Remote Job Description: Important Point-Ensure we get strong candidates with MM, MRP Material Requirements Planning (with focus on procurement direct / indirect) The candidate needs to be strong in the functional process, with custom implementations in SAP. Primary skills: SAP PP/MM Consultant Secondary skill: SAP PP/MM Consultant Note: For SAP Pilot role candidate needs very good SAP MRP knowledge. Mandatory Skills required to perform the job: 10 + years in SAP-PP and order execution with integration experience of MM and WM. Experience in understanding Engineering, Manufacturing, and Order BOMs with ECNs and ECRs. Working experience in serialization, non-conformance (NC), defect handling and tracking in the Manufacturing Execution system. Ability to configure and develop interface solutions between MES and ECC systems and any other non-SAP systems like supplier collaboration /3 PL etc. Proven track record of implementing and supporting custom extensions to out-of-the-box order fulfillment functionality. Experience in managing small to medium sized projects and/or providing a key contributor role on medium to large sized business projects Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, like functional specifications, solutions assessment matrix, etc. Experience in complex business process re-engineering Experience in working with cross-functional teams Experience in development and database query tools (ABAP, SQL) Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work on multiple and often competing issues at the same time Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or with limited direction Desirable Skills: S/4 HANA implementation/Support experience.
