In this role, the candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow OMT, Configuration of Product Model and Flow/sub flows, and its interaction with BSS/OSS systems. Required Experience/Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow OMT development (Catalog, Flow Designer, Compensation workflow of Amend/Cancel, SLA, Jeopardy, Notification, REST APIs integration) 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform capability development Understanding of Agile way (Scrum) of working. Roles & Responsibilities- Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows and Catalog configuration. Experience in developing ServiceNow OMT capabilities, configuration, Integration, Transform Map, REST API Explorer, Workspace, Compensation workflow of Amend/Cancel, SLA, Jeopardy, Notification. Should be able to under how OMT capability works for compensation flow of Amend and Cancel journey Performs integrations using Custom API/KAFKA/Integration Hub/TMF Open APIs and process automation using ServiceNow workflows covering Fallout and Jeopardy management. Support E2E Testing/UAT and deployment to the higher environments and initial instance set-up or migration, if needed. Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI, UI Builder and Configure Workflow Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests. Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system. Experience working with relational databases, domain separation. Experience integrating external systems with the ServiceNow using integration solutions, including JDBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA, Midserver. Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements. Candidate should possess Good Communication and Client interfacing skills. He/She should have cross cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently.
