Job Descripition: We are seeking a highly experienced MDM lead/Architect with GoldenSource exp to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Collibra, Collibra Data Quality, Informatica MDM, and IBM InfoSphere MDM. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data assets to support business objectives. Responsibilities Develop MDM strategy for Golden source implementation Design MDM architecture Good knowledge on Data Modeling MDM Platform selection Evaluate and recommend MDM platforms that meet business requirements - Solution Implementation and Integration Lead the management and optimization of data assets to support business objectives. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Collibra and Collibra Data Quality tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Provide expertise in Informatica MDM and IBM InfoSphere MDM to manage master data effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business processes. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity. Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions as needed. - Monitor and report on data quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Support data stewards and data owners in understanding and utilizing data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data. Drive the adoption of best practices in data management across the organization. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members and stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support for data-related projects. Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve data-related issues and challenges.
