Earlier in the year we had placed Venkatesh Lakshminarayanan in the same role, attached is the sample resume. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position: Oracle CC&B Business Analyst Location: 100% Remote in USA Qualifications Minimum: Oracle CC&B expertise is crucial for this role. Must be at expert level. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, equivalent work experience Minimum 4 years of experience in analyzing, designing and developing functional requirements and application functional designs MUST HAVE experience of Oracle CC&B application and data model Strong BA skillset to negotiate and manage expectations with business and IT teams Self-driven/motivated to ensure progress is made for the project Project documentation (Functional Requirement, Functional Design, Detailed Design, Deployment Document) CC&B (Oracle Customer Care and Billing) functions: Start/Stop, Pay Plan, Integration/XAI functionalities Desired: Minimum 8 years of experience in similar or related job functions (Information Technology or Business) that could be substituted by an advanced degree Perform end user training Ability to assist with QA testing and UAT testing.
